How far in advance should I make my reservations?
As soon as possible! Our bounce houses books rather quickly. To ensure that you get the item that you prefer, on the date that you need it, you should make your reservations as early as you can. We take reservations up to a year earlier.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make reservations by clicking on the “Contact Us” icon. Or you can contact us by calling 252-725-1209 anytime.
What method of payment do you accept?
For your convience we accept cash, check, money orders, or credit cards. If paying by checks or money orders please make payable to Bounce N Round Party Rentals.
Is there paperwork involved in renting a bounce house?
Yes, the customer must sign a rental agreement stating that he or she understands the terms of the agreement and understand the rules of the bounce house.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a $50.00 deposit per bounce house when placing your order. The remaining balance will be collected when your bounce house is delivered and set up. Deposits can be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card.
What if I decide to cancel or change the date of my party?
No problem. Please give us as much notice as possible before the scheduled date of your party. We require at least a 24 hour notice to get your deposit back.
What is your rain policy?
If we go to your house and you decide you don't want it, we will not refund your deposit. If you agree to have the bounce house delivered, you pay for the rental. If you agree to not deliver you will be refunded your deposit or be given the option to reschedule. It is your responsiblity to give us a call on what you want us to do.
How long do I get to use the bounce house?
That is completely up to you. We will deliver it as early as you would like, and pick it up as late as you like. If your party starts at noon, we can bring it at 10 a.m. so that your children can play before your guests arrive, giving you valuable organization time.
Does the price include delivery, setup, and pickup?
The price does include delivery, setup, and pickup in the Havelock, Morehead City, and Newport areas. All other surrounding areas are a $25 to $40 gas charge that goes to the installer.
Can your bounce house be set up indoors?
Yes, we are able to set up indoors as well as outdoors. Setting up indoors requires a ceiling height of at least 18 feet to allow for proper inflation.
Are bounce houses safe for my children?
Our bounce houses are designed with your children safety in mind. We utilize tightly woven mesh netting so that even the smallest fingers cannot reach through and possibly get caught. Every bounce house is sanitized before and after every rental period. The bounce houses are also secured in place with stakes.
Your child’s safety will be very dependent upon how they play and how they are supervised. An adult should be present to monitor all activity on and around the bounce house to ensure that all participants are adhering to the safety rules and regulations.
Who delivers and sets up the bounce house?
A trained Bounce House installation expert will deliver and setup your bounce house. On the day of your event, you simply point to where you want it setup, and we do the rest.
What type of surface can the bounce houses be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors or sand bags for your rental.
What kind of power is required?
All of our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. We do provide extension cords on request. If you would like a park or place without an electrical outlet, let us know and we can use a generator at an additional charge.

If you invite us, we will come! A bounce house is perfect for any function involving kids whether it be a birthday party, block party, church function, company picnic, daycare facility, school event or anything else you could think of.
